How refunds, cancellations, and your right to change your mind work at Pip. Plain language, no surprises.
The short version
1. Free to try, no commitment
Pip's Free plan costs nothing and never expires, so you can see how Pip fits your life before paying for anything. Paid plans (Pip and Pip Pro) are billed monthly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Paid plans give you immediate access to paid features, and that usage carries real costs for us — the AI models you message cost money on every send. For that reason, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where you were charged in error.

4. App Store (iPhone & iPad) purchases
If you subscribed through Apple on an iPhone or iPad, Apple processes the payment and handles refunds under its own terms. We can't refund App Store purchases directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use your device Settings, where you can also manage or cancel the subscription anytime.
5. Billing problems and duplicate charges
Charged in error, charged twice, or something just looks wrong? Email us — we'll investigate and make it right, regardless of the windows above.
6. How to reach us about a charge
Email us from the address on your account and tell us what happened — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a situation you think deserves an exception. We aim to respond within 2 business days and we'll make a fair call.
